Dear EMBRACE Action Family,
Engaging in discussions about racism and current events is heavy. It's hard. It's difficult to stay engaged in difficult conversation and to remain a part of the coalition when, well, life happens. Right? We get it. As a full-time working mom, I get it.
But, I know how important it is that we remain committed to this journey.
As we participate and promote programs and dialogue about racial awareness and reconciliation, we at EMBRACE Action want to take an opportunity to remind to you to mindful of your mental well-being.
Because we at EMBRACE Action care about your mental well-being, we are please to offer tools and programs that aim to increase mindfulness.
Join us every Monday evening on our EMBRACE Action YouTube Channel as we add a new EMBRACE Mindful Yoga or Strength video. Bring your mat and take a short break out of your day to get grounded and EMBRACE Mindfulness with us.
Each Monday on our EMBRACE Action Instagram, we will post EMBRACE Mindful Midday tips that encourage and inspire to commit to the journey. Use these tips as a guide for your weekly or monthly mindfulness plan.
